 Knowledge Management
The knowledge cycle is divided into 7 steps:
- a) Know how to locate information relevant to a particular project.
- b) Learn to exploit this information to generate a better service.
- c) Ability to apply knowledge correctly.
- d) By the application of such knowledge, the ability to learn and thus create new knowledge.
- e) Know how to record all documentacióny useful content of a project.
- f) As a central point to share and distribute knowledge among the members of the organization.
