The knowledge cycle is divided into 7 steps:
- a) Know how to locate information relevant to a particular project. li>
- b) Learn to exploit this information to generate a better service. li>
- c) Ability to apply knowledge correctly. li>
- d) By the application of such knowledge, the ability to learn and thus create new knowledge. li>
- e) Know how to record all documentacióny useful content of a project. li>
- f) As a central point to share and distribute knowledge among the members of the organization. li>
